At RetailZap, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns ONLY under the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item received does not match your order (wrong item)

We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging (where applicable)
• Non-defective items

2. REPORTING REQUIREMENT

All issues must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To report an issue, you must provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

Reports submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. RETURN WINDOW

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1 — Contact us at support@retailzap.com with subject: "Return Request – [Order Number]"
Step 2 — Submit required photos/video evidence
Step 3 — Await approval (we respond within 2–3 business days)
Step 4 — Follow the return shipping instructions provided

Important: Do NOT return items without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

• Confirmed defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label
• All other cases: Return requests will be denied

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return, you may place a new order after your refund is processed.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

• Orders where damage was caused by misuse or improper handling
• Issues reported after the 7-day reporting window
• Items returned without authorization
