1. SHIPPING DESTINATION

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST — orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order ships.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–13 business days

✔ FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@retailzap.com.

6. DELAYS

Delivery times may be affected by:
• Carrier delays or high-volume periods
• Severe weather conditions
• National holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

During peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), please allow additional processing and delivery time.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. RetailZap is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@retailzap.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been processed.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and around your property
2. Contact your local carrier office
3. Email us at support@retailzap.com

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that RetailZap is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
